Platform Components

SynergyOS is a multi-layered system made of four main components. Together, they ensure the platform is secure, fast, and accessible from anywhere.

This page gives you a high-level view of how the system works — across server, desktop, web, and mobile.

1. Server

The SynergyOS Server is the backend infrastructure, either cloud-hosted or deployed privately.

  • Secure Data Storage: Files, emails, and records are encrypted and managed centrally
  • Access Management: Handles roles, permissions, and authentication
  • Scalable & Compliant: Built to grow with your org, respecting regional policies

2. Web Application

This is the main user interface, accessible in any modern browser (Windows, Mac, Linux).

  • Full-featured UI: All core apps — Drive, Email, Calendar, Tasks, etc. — available in one interface
  • Installable: Can be added as a desktop app (PWA)
  • Fast & Responsive: Optimized for daily knowledge work

3. Synergy Tools (Desktop Sync App)

The Synergy Tools app connects your desktop with SynergyOS.

  • Offline Mode: Work locally, then commit changes when you're online
  • Clipboard: Temporarily download files without syncing the whole folder
  • Large File Support: Resumes interrupted uploads automatically

4. Mobile App

Available for iOS and Android.

  • Access All Core Apps: View and edit Drive, Notes, Tasks, Email, and more
  • Push Notifications: Real-time alerts for messages, mentions, and deadlines
  • Optimized Interface: Clean, touch-friendly UI with secure login

Integrations & APIs

SynergyOS integrates with Microsoft, OpenAI, and other platforms. APIs and custom workflows are also available for advanced setups. → See Integrations
