Installation & setup
SynergyOS provides web applications, desktop applications for Windows and Mac OS, and mobile applications for iOS and Android. We also provide add-ins for Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Now, let's set it up together step by step:
1. SynergyOS.com web app
SynergyOS is primarily accessed through the web application at synergyOS.com. Enterprise accounts also have the option to deploy their own application at their own domain (synergyos.example.com). The webapp works best in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge since both browsers have advanced features to install Progressive Web Applications.
Install in Microsoft Edge (Windows & Mac)
In Edge, click on this button to install the web app and add it to the Windows taskbar and Mac dock:

In Chrome, click on this button to install the web app and add it to the Windows taskbar and Mac dock:
Install from Microsoft Store (Windows only)

2. Install Synergy Tools in Windows / Mac
Synergy Tools is a bridge application between the SynergyOS web applications and your computer operating system (Windows and Mac) to open all files from SynergyOS with your native desktop applications and save all changes back to the cloud automatically. We strongly recommend that you install Synergy Tools which expands the capabilities of the web application to provide additional features which are not available on the web platform (example: open files with desktop applications, attach files, or compare files).
Go to SynergyOS Downloads and select your operating system for Synergy Tools and proceed with the install instructions.
Install in Windows
Download the installer and double click to install:
Once installed you will see the Synergy Tools icon both in the taskbar (we recommend you pin it to the taskbar) and in the tray area:
Install in Mac
Download the installer and move it to the Applications folder. Then open Synergy Tools:
Then, open it from the applications folder. open it. You will see a prompt saying that application has been downloaded from the internet, accept and open it.
And click OK:
Once installed you will see the Synergy Tools icon both in the dock (we recommend you keep it in the dock) and in the bar menu area:
3. Install mobile app for iOS / Android
We also recommend to install SynergyOS mobile applications for convenient and quick access on the go.
iOS
Install SynergyOS from the Apple Store.
Android
Install SynergyOS from the Google Play.
Install Microsoft Office and Outlook Add-ins
SynergyOS has add-ins for both Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.

Install the add-in from the Office desktop application add-in section:
Now you can use the add-in with all your files from SynergyOS:

Install the add-in from the Office desktop application add-in section:
