This Synergy Data Protection Agreement forms part of the Synergy Services Agreement between Customer (“You”) and Synergy Inc., (“Synergy”) covering Your legal entity’s use of the Online Services. It sets forth the parties’ obligations with respect to Customer Personal Data processed by Synergy. Capitalized terms not defined in this document shall have the meaning as provided elsewhere in your Synergy Customer Agreement.

Synergy Premium Support is a paid, supplemental support offering for Synergy customers.
