📄️ Channel Partner Data Protection Addendum

This Data Protection Addendum (this “Addendum”) by and between Channel Partner and Synergy is made a part of and incorporated into the Agreement, as defined below. Capitalized terms not defined in this Addendum have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise by the Parties in the Agreement in express reference to this Addendum, the terms of this Addendum will supersede those of the Agreement in the event of a conflict or inconsistency.
